MARY DUBININ is currently the Director of Community Collaborations at Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana. Her responsibilities include collaborating with community partners in identifying strategies and approaches in helping reduce the disparities affecting the food insecure, and providing guidance and leadership on moving towards a nutrition-focused approach to food banking.
Mary’s previous roles include Director of Nutrition and Wellness Marketing for Marsh Supermarkets, Director of Dietetics and Food Services at IU Health-Ball Memorial Hospital, and as adjunct faculty at both Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College.

DEBRA SMITH aka ‘Smitty’ is a Life Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and speaker as well as content creator of Smith Bites Wellness; she and her business partner-husband are freelance writers, professional recipe developers, food photographers and videographers who have worked with national brands on various advertising campaigns for the past decade. Debra’s coaching practice is focused on her first love – food – and she assists clients in finding bio-individual plans to fit each clients’ needs. She specializes in gluten-free, dairy-free, and grain-free baking and cooking. Debra believes eating whole foods, healthy fats and limiting sugar is the first line of defense when it comes to supporting a body’s immune system for optimal health and well-being.
