It’s been a while since I’ve done a 52 Sundays post and I have to say I’ve missed it; these posts were a way to share some of our lives with you that aren’t always about food.
Given the events of this past Friday, I find myself moving from one mundane task to another not really ‘here’ – tears flow and there have been many, many moments of deep, deep sadness – for the children lost, for the families and for us as a people.
I thought today might be a good day to post a few photos of some 6-week-old labrador puppies we shot earlier this week; they have razor sharp teeth, they have puppy breath, they stumble and tumble as they try to find their legs – and they make me smile.
I hope the photos make you smile too ~
Hug your children, your grandchildren, your puppies, your kitties, your spouse, your partner, your friends and family – we’re all in this together folks.
Happy Sunday . . .
Oh my are these sweet sweet pictures. Thank you so much for sharing. They did make me smile. This horrific tragedy has left me feeling numb. And yes I have been squeezing the dickens out of my kiddos, can’t wait for Christmas break to be here, and have them home.
