PEPPERMINT MARSHMALLOWS

If you’ve never made marshmallows at home, you’re in for a treat! And the best part? You make them with five ingredients, they come together in less than 30 minutes and while you’re waiting for them to set up, you have plenty of time to work on other projects . . .

Take a peek . . .

These make wonderful gifts tucked away in a mug or packaged with hot cocoa mix; our family still talks about the marshmallows we gave more than two years ago!

A few years ago there were some really cute snowflake marshmallows on the cover of Martha Stewart Living, and I was on a quest to find the right cookie cutter to make those snowflakes!
