I’m feeling a bit celebratory on Mother’s Day sooooooo . . .

Start with a bottle of Red Wine – we like a Spanish Rioja . . . add about 1/4 cup Cointreau (or other orange liqueur) or orange juice

 

a bit of fizzy water like seltzer, perrier, san pellegrino or club soda . . .

add your choice of fruit

and some ice . . .

Perfect for anything you might be celebrating . . . salute’!!
