‘Genius is a bend in the creek where bright water has gathered,
and which mirrors the trees, the sky and the banks.
It just does that because it is there and the scenery is there.
Talent is a fine mirror with a silver frame, with the name of the owner engraved on the back.’
-Edgar Lee Masters (1868 – 1950)
So pretty! 🙂
Beautiful photos, Debra. I feel as though I was there. There are times when I greatly miss scenes like this.
These winter photos are so pretty & they are making me even more excited to go to Telluride, CO this week! xo
So serene. If you could just bottle that up and sell it.
Love such natural beauty, makes me stop and pause, which is so difficult but so necessary these days.
Gorgeous, Debra. I love these photos and the words. Happy Sunday!
very beautiful Debra! I love this time of year and those pictures say it all.
So pretty!! Stumbled and tweeted!
Beautiful Sunday photos! Even though it’s fairly rare in our area, I do enjoy the quiet stillness right after a snowfall. The stark white bright light off freshly fallen snow is just incredible. For a day. Maybe two. I’m ready for ours to go ahead and melt now 🙂

What beautiful photos – just the scenery I love…I dream of having a creek/stream on our property one day! A nice Sunday morning treat!
Beautiful photos and words for a Sunday. Enjoy your day. 🙂
These photos make me feel as if I’m there (wearing a very heavy jacket, of course). Love them!
Have a great Sunday!
