Back in March, The Professor and I participated in the 3 Great Inns trip to Amish country in Ohio; we stopped at Pistacia Vera on our way out of town – and boy were we in for a treat!

If you happen to be in the area, we highly recommend you stop in for a made-from-scratch French dessert or one of their seasonal dishes – they also have a gluten-free menu!

Pistacia Vera
541 S 3rd St
Columbus OH
Open 7am – 7pm daily with both indoor and outdoor seating available

FULL DISCLOSURE: While this stop was part of the ’3 Great Inns’ press trip, we were not asked to write, nor are we being paid for, any posts pertaining to this trip. All photographs, video work, music, sound design and opinions are strictly our own.

What gorgeous food! I wish I lived on the same continent and within driving distance to this place. I envy those who do!

I live in Columbus, Ohio and have not yet tried out Pistacia Vera. I will have to visit soon. Columbus never ceases to amaze me with the wonderful restaurants and eateries. Plus we have Jeni’s ice cream!

Would you believe that I’ve never been there? *shame, shame* John and I drove by just yesterday and said that we needed to stop in there. Now I must!! Looks so lovely!
