PEPPERMINT MARSHMALLOWS

If you’ve never made marshmallows at home, you’re in for a treat! And the best part? You make them with five ingredients, they come together in less than 30 minutes and while you’re waiting for them to set up, you have plenty of time to work on other projects . . .

Take a peek . . .

These make wonderful gifts tucked away in a mug or packaged with hot cocoa mix; our family still talks about the marshmallows we gave more than two years ago!

Debra, these are so fantastic. Loving the videos you’ve been putting out and this one is just as great. I never thought to do marshmallows myself. Thanks to you it’s now an option. And peppermint? Even better.

Oh I meant to make these this year! I even went and got a candy thermometer and pizza cutter for them!

I could watch this over and over again. I can’t wait to play it for the boys while we make marshmallows together. xoxo

This is so magical! I’ve made marshmallow in various flavor (over the summer I did carrot flavored) but never peppermint. I bet they are so amazing in hot chocolate. I love watching your videos, they have such a wonderful quality that is hard to put into words. xo

I have the coffee cup. Of course it has a R.

I’d love to try this. I wonder if it will work with Splenda.

I love the video! A few years ago there were some really cute snowflake marshmallows on the cover of Martha Stewart Living, and I was on a quest to find the right cookie cutter to make those snowflakes! Homemade marshmallows are so good!! And I love your Anthropologie mugs. I have a ‘B’. Happy Holidays!!
