Once we had the recipe down, the discussion turned to how we would serve it; the gelato was fabulous all by itself but I really wanted something fun and unique. My collection of espresso cups gave us the answer &#8211; Affogato! [...]</description>

		<description>Glad you posted the link to this over on Educated Palate because Affogato al Caffé is one of my favorite things. We lived in Italy for 7 years and ate out at least once a week and I almost invariably ordered one of these for dessert. So simple yet so absolutely perfect!</description>
